个人简介
高青,yh1122银河国际教师,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。2021年博士毕业于南开大学电子信息与光学工程学院,师从敖建平教授。主要从事碳纳米管、化合物及硅太阳电池的研究,刷新了电沉积CIGS薄膜太阳电池及碳纳米管(CNT)/硅太阳电池的最高效率。主持yh1122银河国际高层次引进人才启动项目和河北省自然科学青年科学基金项目,作为骨干成员参与“PERC光伏组件边缘复合损失修复研究”等横向项目,获授权国家专利1项。近5年以第一作者在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Surface Science, Applied Materials Interface和ACS Applied Energy Materials等期刊发表5篇文章。
研究方向
以新能源为主要研究方向,开展低成本、适合大面积产业化发展的半导体器件研究,助力国家双碳发展的战略目标,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,具体研究方向包括:
1.碳纳米管基新型复合材料与光伏电池;
2.低成本制备可产业化发展的高效化合物器件。
